Kenya weather...
I can help but have these 70 degree days in November remind me of Kenya this summer. The weather was incredible and it was the same 3 out of 4 days. Anyways since its got me thinkin' about it here is a pic of our team(Brad, Megan, Michael, Jenn, Me) at Lake Nakuru with the pink flamingos posing in the background.
Well after this gets posted I'm off to study for a test that I am less than excited about. Its been quite a while since I've had a class that is such a waste of my time, honestly. And unfortunately the teacher knows less about the class than most of the class. 4 more weeks of class!
I'm feeling a little better but it seems to not totally go away. Just hanging around in my neck. I got to feeling a whole lot better after I made an emergency run to wal-mart on tues. night b/c the roomate(John) did a fabulous job clogging the toilet. So while I was there I picked up some Echinachea(eck-in-ay-sha) from the pharmacy area. Its great stuff if you're ever getting sick.
Good luck to those that will get the chance to go pheasant hunting(opening day in Kansas) this weekend. I'm jealous and be safe. Be sure to wear your tank top and sunscreen as I don't think were too likely to see snow once again.
For those of you that are going to be watching college football this weekend be sure to root for the Jayhawks as they play at #2 Texas. They need all the help they can get. You did see the whipping the Jayhawks handed the Huskers, right!? 40-15! Well until Dukey drops again....Much Love.

I will definitely be watching the game on Sat. and will be rooting on the Jayhawks, I know it might be a stretch but wouldn't it be awesome to see them beat Texas. It is great to read your post and I am sure that you can't wait for school to come to an end for the Holidays. I am sure that Bill will be out there hunting on opening day.
I am glad you are enjoying school so much this semester! :) It seems that college classes these days are just there so you can suffer through them to graduate. It is great to hear that your class is challenging, yet full of useful information that you will be using your entire life ahead. It is an honor to have contact with a person (you)who is right now, at this moment, encountering this sort of encouraging, educational experience...Congrats! :oD
On another note, It is cool that you have this Blog thing for us to keep in contact with you and your life. I thought about making one for myself, but I couldn't think of a cool name like you have! Good Work! Anyways, I enjoyed your pics of the softball clan, and it made me miss summers with the Hays softball crew! Way to go on the 2nd place finish! Oh, Canaan will be hunting this weekend in KS. He left me to brave the weekend alone here in Indiland. I too hope that KU will beat Texas! Unfortunately the game will probably not be on in our area, due to the Notre Dame game, and other Eastern schools. We just get the local channels. Maybe we will get lucky?
